Actual recording of a complaint phoned in by a man who bought
a packaged pizza at a supermarket and thought it had no topping.
He was holding it upside down.
The store tried to turn it right, but he insists never-the-less that it
was the store's fault for not having a label indicating which side of
the pizza is up.
